Prioritisation process
How do we approach prioritisation?
Utilising a prioritisation framework such as the Impact vs Effort matrix or the Feasibility, Desirability, and Viability scorecard, we facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to discuss and prioritise a variety of data ranging from research questions, problems, and features to ideas and tasks. Prioritised items are then voted on and organised into a strategic timeline or product roadmap to support quick wins.
Why do we undertake prioritisation?
Prioritisation is instrumental in optimising resource allocation and ensuring that efforts are channeled towards tasks that yield the highest impact. By carefully evaluating the significance of each task or requirement, we make informed decisions that maximise efficiency and effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes.

Prioritisation is an integral part of project planning and ongoing management. Regular assessments and adjustments are made to adapt to changing circumstances, ultimately leading to the successful achievement of project objectives.
